This Cellito project was the first double storey MAAP house, built on-site in just weeks it showcases our 'MAAP instant stairs' which come flat packed from our factory.

Built for a family of 5 with adaptability for the future, this was delivered to site as complete panels and pods. With 4 bedrooms each with private deck, the Cellito house represents the best in modern, rural homestead style living

Built as the forever dream home for a retiring couple.

Built on a hill overlooking a picturesque country town, this beautiful house was designed to take full advantage of scenic views. The design incorporates a spacious open plan living with direct access to the wraparound deck, perfect for entertaining.

B&B RETREAT WITH SWIM SPA

Built as a bed and breakfast retreat in rural NSW, this home is a place to kick back, relax, or take a dip.

This custom B&B was redesigned by MAAP House to include a swim spa inset within the back decking. The home includes an open plan kitchen and living area, modern bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with direct access to the deck and spa from the master bedroom. It was assembled on site in a matter of weeks.

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

This project demonstrates excellent commercial viability when building with MAAP House.

This project was custom designed to make the best use of this sloping block to incorporate multiple dwellings. Each unit includes a private entryway, a covered deck, and separate garage.

A knockdown rebuild project on a rural property.

This home includes 4 spacious bedrooms, separate living and dining areas and a generous central deck. We also included outdoor shower head over the rear deck on request by the client.

Nestled amongst the trees, this luxury modular granny flat has been built on stilts to take full advantage of water views.

3 BED SUBURBAN HOME

This award-winning project was our prototype suburban family home. This house was 'assembled' on site by a first-year apprentice and 3 year 12 students under the direction of a MAAP House foreman in only 8 weeks. The Merewether is a modern spacious home with open spaces and generous eaves.

ZENITH (1 Bed S.02)
STUDIO HOUSE

Situated in a rural location, this luxury cabin features wrap around decks and floor to ceiling windows, taking full advantage of the expansive views. The energy efficiency, environmental sustainability as well as low environmental impact were key factors in the selection of MAAP house for this project.

This Eco Cabin was customised to include recycled timber features and high front glazing to suit both the location and the accommodation style that our client required. This cabin is now offered as holiday accommodation for those who enjoy a tree change for a few nights or the weekend.

2 BED GRANNY FLAT

The Clontarf floorplan was customised to suit our client at no extra cost. This small home includes a comfortable kitchen and 2 well appointed bedrooms with high grade vinyl timber floors and 2 decks.

This house was completed on-site from footings to handover in only 2 weeks by our small team of 5 labourers. The neighbors asked 'are you finished already' while our client joyously repeated 'oh my goodness' on her first walkthrough.
